Nnenna Nwokolo is a Corporate Support Officer at the African Legal Support Facility. She has been with the ALSF since October 2017 as a member of the institutional team. She assists in the management of the corporate secretariat, with HR advisory services to staff and management as required; and other administrative matters within the Facility with respects to the statutory bodies and member states.
Before joining the ALSF, she worked with Protocol, Privileges and Immunities Division of the AfDB where she was involved in Liaising and communicating with stakeholders across the institution, persons at different levels of government and the general public, to ensure awareness, consultation and participation in Bank organized ceremonies. Prior to that, she served as a Chambers Leader at a private law firm in Nigeria where she practiced civil and criminal litigation for five years.
Ms. Nwokolo is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from the Coventry University, United Kingdom. She is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Law and has completed two modules of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) certification.
